"Honestly surprised it held up"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I really didn’t want to deal with fixing greenhouse panels after the storms rolled through. But to my surprise, everything stayed in place through two rough storms. Definitely held up better than I expected.

My order came in looking really good, with no dents or rips on the box. Everything inside was wrapped well, and nothing was loose or damaged. I was happy with the way it arrived, so no the complaints from me.

"Found what I needed without any hassle"
They had a really good selection and I found a few things my local stores don’t even carry, which was nice. as long as they keep stocking stuff like this, I’ll keep coming back, but if that changes, I’d probably just look somewhere else.

"Pretty decent, but some stuff was out of stock"
I’ve used Farmtek a couple times and they’ve got a good range of stuff, which is nice. The site was easy enogh to get around, but a few things I actually needed were out of stock when I looked. Kinda frustrating because then you either have to wait or go hunt it down somewhere else. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish they kept more items avaliable.

"Arrived quicker than expected"
I ordered from farmtek and was actually surprised by how fast it showed up. I figured it would take a little longer, but it got here in just a few days. Everything was packed well and arrived with no issues. i’d order from them again.

"Seems like this fabric is really holding up"
I bought greenhouse fabric from FarmTek a few years ago, it still looks good. It’s been through a lot of sun, plenty of wind, and a couple of rough storms, and as far as I can tell, there aren’t any tears yet. I figured I’d probably have to replace it by now, but it’s lasted way longer than I expected. I’m happy with it

"Helpful support, but the wait was frustrating"
I was trying to figure out the right parts for my greenhouse setup and ended up calling FarmTek support. I’ll be honest, the wait to get someone on the phone was frustrating, especially since I just wanted a few answers before placing my order.
Once I finally got through, though, the guy I spoke with was really helpful and patient. He didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions, walked me through what I needed, and double checked a couple specs before I ordered. Everything showed up correctly and fit just like he said it would, so I’m really happy with the help overall

"Replacement showed up fast"
The box was banged up when it arrived, which was annoying, but they handled it really well. I reached out, they sent a replacement right away, and there wasn’t any back-and-forth hassle. Stuff happens in shipping, but the quick fix made it a lot less frustrating.

"Shipping cost was actually fair"
I ordered a few farm supplies from FarmTek i was soooo ready for the shipping to be way overpriced because the items weren’t exactly small.
But it ended up being reeeally reasonable for what I got. I also liked that there weren’t any random surprise fees popping up at checkout.
Everything arrived in good shape, and the shipping cost felt totally fair. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Instructions were clear, but I felt a bit misled"
We put up our FarmTek shelter last weekend, and to be fair, the assembly instructions were easy enough to follow. The pictures helped a lot, and once we got all the parts sorted, it went together without any major issues. That said, I did feel a little misled because it made the process seem quicker and simpler than it actually was. Nothing was impossible, but there was definitely more sorting and figuring things out than I expected.

My FarmTek order was mostly right, but one small part wasn’t the exact one I chose online. It wasn’t a huge issue since I could still use it, but it was a little frustrating because I know I double checked everything before placing the order. Shipping was fine, and the rest of the items were correct, so... just wish they’d paid a bit more attention to the details.

I ordered this from FarmTek and it went together easier than I expected. The parts were labeled well enough, and everything lined up the way it should. I’m not the handiest person, but I was able to get it assembled without much help, other than having someone hold a few pieces. The instructions could be a bit clearer in a couple spots, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Backorder ended up being no big deal"
I ordered a few supplies from FarmTek and noticed one item ended up on backorder. I was kind of annoyed at first, but the stress was unnecessary because they emailed me quickly with an updated date and I didn’t have to keep checking in or chase anyone down.
The backordered item shipped around when they said it would, and everything else showed up on time. It was simple, clear, and didn’t turn into a whole hassle, which I appreciated. I’d order from them again.
